Clan Beo needs realistic funding

Clan Beo received a small percentage of our projected budget under the HSE Section 39 grant aid scheme for 2019. We can no longer continue to work with this token level of support we get from the HSE.

The people we work alongside can describe the value of the independent work we do with people and their families. The HSE need to hear about the difference Clan Beo makes when working with you. They need to know what people will miss if we are not realistically funded to do this work.

To survive we need to be funded with a ‘Section 39’ grant of just 50% of our total projected budget. We can make up the rest of our budget with training, other support services, and the generosity of friends. We do not seek the close to 100% funding like other larger service providers do.

We meet with these HSE managers over the next two weeks to make our final pitch for funding. It would help if we knew that you had contacted them to support us before we meet the HSE.

We would appreciate if you wrote, called or emailed either or both HSE managers to support the Clan Beo request for realistic Section 39 funding.

PLEASE EMAIL, CALL OR WRITE TO EITHER OF THE TWO HSE OFFICIALS BELOW TO HIGHLIGHT YOUR EXPERIEICE AND OUR CASE – THANK YOU
